1. Risk Exposure7

Reflects the lock-up in the vote-escrow contract required to activate the 1INCH utility (obtain the UP voting power). The UP depreciates over time, corresponding with the remaining lock-up period.

[7] = ƒ(staking_period, amount_staked, price_at_staking)

  • staking_period — is the length of the lock-up period set up by the user
  • amount_staked — is the amount of tokens locked up by the user
  • price_at_staking — is the price of the locked token position when locking them. It defines the locked value (the upper bound of forfeited value) together with the locked amount
2. Future Cashflow21

Reflects the income derived from filling the Fusion orders by Resolvers. Also includes incentives/compensations otherwise received.

[21] = ƒ([4], [81], order_throughput, mean_premium, incentivisation_amt)

  • order_throughput — is the order volume processed by a particular resolver with a certain UP in a given time unit
  • mean_premium — is the mean premium the resolver extracts from Fusion order filling over the given time unit
  • incentivisation_amt — is the amount of external incentives provided by the 1INCH protocol to resolvers
3. Access4

Reflects the allocation of one of ten Resolver slots, granting access to Fusion order fulfillment and possible associated benefits and incentives. The slot allocation is conditioned on the total amount of owned + delegated UP.

[4] = Binary

4. Conditional Action81

Reflects the filling of Fusion orders by resolvers.

[81] = Binary

5. Future Cashflow22

Reflects the share of Resolvers' income shared by Resolvers with their UP delegators.

[22] = ƒ([82], up_amount_delegated, resolver_reward_params)

  • up_amount_delegated — is the amount of Unicorn Power the user has delegated to a resolver
  • resolver_reward_params — is the resolver-specific rule for allocating a share of income to its delegators
6. Conditional Action82

Reflects the delegation of Unicorn Power to Resolvers.

[82] = Binary

7. Governance3

Reflects the benefits derived from exercising control over the protocol parameter, treasury allocation, and other voting outcomes.

[3] = ƒ([83], bribe_amounts, user_vote_allocations, user_strategy_representation)

  • bribe_amounts — is the representation of bribes amounts offered by recipients of treasury allocation
  • user_vote_allocations — is the representation of allocations of UP by the user in the voting rounds
  • user_strategy_representation — is the representation of the user's governance outcome preferences
8. Conditional Action83

Reflects the act of voting by UP owner.
